Hi All!! Cooking Class & Support Group for August will be Saturday 8/29 from noon until??? (usually 4-5)

All are welcome regardless of surgeon, type of surgery or stage in the journey!

We prepare all weight loss surgery friendly foods and offer support while doing it! If you have a pre-op favorite you would like to see re-worked just post it here or send me an e-mail / PM.

You can park anywhere on my grass (pink garage and forward) if you pull in facing the garage it allows more room for everyone to park! (The lady behind me is a witch and will call the cops if you park on her grass - so pink garage and forward is safe!)

PS - Our favorite new Pampered Chef Rep will be there with her goofs - she'll post more about that here too!

ETA - we do ask for a small donation if possible to help offset the costs - or bring a supply such as ziplock bags (for taking home goodies!), crystal light packets, a recipe and ingredients, paper plates or plastic silverware - thanks all!

YEP, I'll be there with Pamp Chef stuff.. can't say too much on here for fear of my message being erased. But, if you can't make it to my house this weekend, come to Liz's and you can look at books and order. Liz will get credit for any sales.
