This is a high carb day but here it goes - I DESPERATELY need to grocery shop

B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
S: fage and peaches
L: more of my "lite" tortellini salad
S: cheddar cheese
D: meatballs with gravy
S: chocolate pudding

M1:  yoplait yogurt
M2:  EAS protein drink
M3:  avocado, jersey tomato, onion, ham and cheese salad - with a few black olives
M4:  Dannon immunity shot
M5:  crockpot roast beef and 1/2 of a baked potato
M6:  CIB with milk

lots of water
