Thursday Excercise

Good Morning Everyone!
I did my hour on the Elliptical and am planning on walking on my lunch weather premitting. So what is everyone else doing to move today?

Hi Shilpa!

Went to the gym today for the first time since last Friday.  While in Rehoboth Beach, I did walk the boardwalk-2 miles on 2 of the days,walked over a mile to and from my friends' beach house, and treading water in the ocean,  so I was not completely without exercise.

At the gym today, I did 30 mins on the recumbant bike and back, calves, and tricep strength training.
