Gonna be a long day for me so trying to stick with the plan
B- scrambled egg with cheese and onion

S- greek yogurt
L- Salad and frozen WW meal
S- CHai latte
D- left over chicken fiesta from last night
Will probably have a protein shake on the way from work to see clients so I am not starved to death

Muscle Milk RTD 14oz
S - Ultra-thin Multigrain squares w/ 1 tsb of PB2
L - 3 oz chicken burger (no bun) and small side salad w/ hardboiled egg & mozzarella cheese
S - Ultra-thin Multigrain squares w/ 1 tsb of PB2
D - Protein shake and some kind of lean protein (30 mins apart of course)
Consuming all vitamins and water required...

Today I am starting to feel like myself again - darn anesthesia gets me every time!
edit: I can't even begin to rewrite what I ate today... so I won't - I didn't follow this plan and I am not beating myself up over it.

M3: more Greek Chicken Salad
M4: cucumbers and roasted red pepper hummus
M5: not sure because I am at my brothers and I have no idea what we will be having

Morning! Kinda got myself derailed this morning, when my lunch date cancelled and i hadn't packed anything... then daughter's plans to make WLS-friendly chicken pot pie got cancelled for dinner... BUT... here's the plan, such as it is.
