B: 1/2 english muffin - fage with peaches
S: roast beef and provolone roll ups
L: tortellini salad with meat and cheese
S: chocolate pudding
D: pulled pork and corn on the cob (from the garden!)
S: chocolate pudding or yogurt

Gonna be a long day for me so trying to stick with the plan

B- scrambled egg with cheese and onion
coffee

S- greek yogurt

L- Salad and frozen WW meal

S- CHai latte

D- left over chicken fiesta from last night

Will probably have a protein shake on the way from work to see clients so I am not starved to death

L: Cheddar cheese
S: nothing
D: Eggs w/ cheese
S: nothing

Bad.....Bad day for eating for me! Did not plan, prepare or bother, and that's not good!

L:  coconut curry chicken, etc leftovers and roasted veggies
S:  sf chocolate pudding
D:  Probably more left overs

B - Decaf coffee w/ creamer
      Muscle Milk RTD 14oz

S - Ultra-thin Multigrain squares w/ 1 tsb of PB2

L - 3 oz chicken burger (no bun) and small side salad w/ hardboiled egg & mozzarella cheese

S - Ultra-thin Multigrain squares w/ 1 tsb of PB2

D - Protein shake and some kind of lean protein  (30 mins apart of course)

Consuming all vitamins and water required...

Today I am starting to feel like myself again - darn anesthesia gets me every time!
edit:  I can't even begin to rewrite what I ate today... so I won't - I didn't follow this plan and I am not beating myself up over it.
M1:  EAS shake
M2:  yogurt with fiber one and flaxseed
M3:  more Greek Chicken Salad
M4:  cucumbers and roasted red pepper hummus
M5:  not sure because I am at my brothers and I have no idea what we will be having
M6:  dannon immunity shot

Morning!  Kinda got myself derailed this morning, when my lunch date cancelled and i hadn't packed anything...  then daughter's plans to make WLS-friendly chicken pot pie got cancelled for dinner... BUT... here's the plan, such as it is.

B:  Matrix shake with PB
S:  Fresh pineapple with FF cream cheese
L:  Salad with chicken
S:  Edamame hummus with brown rice snaps
D:  not a clue at this point

E:  30 mins cardio boxing with hand weights
