Tuesday Excercise
Good Morning Everyone,
Sorry I have not been on boards for a couple of days but I have been eating right and excercising. I did my hour on the Elliptical and will be walking on my lunch. I have gained 7lbs so far. I am 4 months along. YIKES. I know I am a total wreck but I was bouncing between 5lbs but I digress I guess it goes with the territory. Anyway what is everyone else doing to move today?

Well, ok... STILL couldn't feel my thighs this morning, but went for a mile and quarter walk anyway. Figured if i didn't, I wouldn't be able to move later.
Also can't really lift my arms too well, but will do a round of cardio boxing later to help with that.
This "trainer" thing is gonna be painful, I can see!
And Shilpa, don't worry about the weight gain. You're doing the right things, moving and eating right, and you're at a great starting weight. The baby needs resources in order to grow and develop, and those resources do increase weight. It's all ok. I've read that in the first 4 months your body makes 50% more blood volume in order to support the baby... think about how much all that extra blood weighs!
