Good morning everyone...sorry I've been absent - been busy.

B - 14 oz RTD Muscle Milk light (vanilla)

S- No salt added multi-grain (kosher) rice cake w/ peanut butter

L - 3 oz chicken burger and sm. salad greens salad w/ shredded mozzarella & hardboiled egg

S - No salt added multi-grain (kosher) rice cake w/ peanut butter

D - I dont know yet...


Consuming all vitamins & water needed

Good morning!  Here's my menu du jour:

B- Inspire PB cookie / Chocolate Max Protein, coffee

L- turkey chili, cabot light cheddar

S- half a Supreme Protein bar

S- Inspire PB cookie / Chocolate Max Protein (post workout)

D- scallops provencale, tomato-cucumber salad

S- fage & blueberries

B~1/4 cup of cottage cheese and 2 tbsp of applesauce
S~CIB with protein
L~1/2 cup of cream of broccoli soup pureed
s~CIB with protein
D~ricotta and spaghetti sauce
S~protein shake


so far ive only had breakfast lol im working on the 1st shake now i highly doubt ill get all this in but this is what on schedule

Hello Everyone!

B: pure protein chocolate frost shake (11oz can)
S: 2% polly o string cheese, few trader joe's sesame sticks
L: Pure protein banana shake (11 oz can)--too hot to eat!
S: 1/2 single serving bag of Trader Joe's trail mix (almonds, dried cranberries,cashews)
D: Salad with brocolli, 1/2 hard boil egg, 2 oz grilled chicken, 2 tbs fat free ranch dsg
S: 1/4 cp pumpkin seeds
