Sticking to the basics - tuesday
I am heading down to the Jersey Shore with my nieces for my last summer beach trip. Boo hoo, I have to go back to work on Wednesday. I can't believe how fast this summer went.
edit: the antibiotic I am taking makes me feel sick to my stomach so I really am not eating like I should.
M1: EAS shake strawberry my favorite
M2: yogurt with fiber one and flaxseed skipped
M3: Greek Chicken Salad about 3 spoonfulls
M4: cucumbers and hummus about 4 cucumber slice and a glass of milk
M5: not sure still not sure
M6: Dannon immunity shot
lots of water
No gym today - I will run tomorrow

S 1/2 c allbran with sf ff yogurt (Credit to me - I measured the all bran!)
L WW frozen meal; salisbury steak and veg (14 P and only 11 Carbs!)
S greek yogurt with peaches
D salmon and vegetables
S skim milk
drink all the fluids (if not extra today)
plan to call FRIENDS instead of car eating!
