What's on your plate today?

B: pork roll and cheese on sandwich thin
S: cheddar cheese
L: pesto chicken salad with mozzarella
S: chocolate pudding
D: scallops, tomato with basil, 1/2 red potato
S: chocolate pudding or yogurt

ETA - so no one else giggles at my bad typing! lol

I am heading down to the Jersey Shore with my nieces for my last summer beach trip.  Boo hoo, I have to go back to work on Wednesday.  I can't believe how fast this summer went.
edit:  the antibiotic I am taking makes me feel sick to my stomach so I really am not eating like I should.
M1:  EAS shake  strawberry my favorite
M2:  yogurt with fiber one and flaxseed  skipped
M3:  Greek Chicken Salad  about 3 spoonfulls
M4:  cucumbers and hummus  about 4 cucumber slice and a glass of milk
M5:  not sure  still not sure
M6:  Dannon immunity shot

lots of water

No gym today - I will run tomorrow

D: Meatloaf and mixed veggies.  (the family will also have mac and cheese)

I'll share :) they are the new "thing" in my house - Chris won't eat them but I have them at least once a week now! it's all Karen's fault! lol

B protein shake
S 1/2 c allbran with sf ff yogurt  (Credit to me - I measured the all bran!)
L WW frozen meal; salisbury steak and veg (14 P and only 11 Carbs!)
S greek yogurt with peaches
D salmon and vegetables
S skim milk

drink all the fluids (if not extra today)
plan to call FRIENDS instead of car eating!

12 noon -- so far, all going as planned.  I successfully tested my resistance muscle...did not react to 'head hunger' and sure enough it went away

I am one month short of 3 years....

B:  lite english muffin, ham, cheese, egg
S:  sf pineapple cheesecake pudding dessert stuff :)
L:  coconut curry chicken and tofu with veggies...that I made all by myself and it ROCKS :)
D: More coconut curry chicken, etc
S:  cheese and crackers
