Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

S: cheese stick (but I don't think I will eat it)
L: ham & Jarlsberg roll-ups
S: blueberry ricotta mini muffin (SO GOOD)
S: protein shake (post-workout)
D: swordfish with balsamic-tomato glaze
S: SF pudding

I had my endoscope procedure today so I haven't really had anything to eat because I can't stop sleeping!
