******** Monday Roll Call ********

Good morning all - Here it is, 12:25 AM and I can't sleep - Partly because I just finished reading The Time Travelers Wife - For those that have read it, you mayunderstand, for those that didn't - read it ,or go see the movie....The other reason - and probably, the more prevalent one, is that I sent my 11 year old back to girl scout camp and I am sooo worried about how she is going to do this week.  I am worried that I will be getting a phone call in the next day or two telling me to come pick her up becuase of her behaviors.  UGH!  I hate emtional disorders!  They are sooo difficult!

Anyway - enough of my crap - my day has me hopefully headed to the pool if I can wake up at a decent hour, then to spend the morning with a friend getting a mani and a pedi.  Later in the afternoon, finishing up the organizing of all the paper so that tomorrow the Professional can come over and help me set up my Scrapbook area!  Can't wait for that!  This evening has me on a GNO to a game type of event at a bar - The designated driver again!  When can I have a sip of wine again?  HA!

Good Morning Steffi,
I am all wound up after my drive, and then getting home to unpack and all that crap.

Monday has me heading to my AA meeting first thing in the morning.  (A sip of wine gets me drunk...hence the AA meetings.  I did too many sips in one lifetime...) 

I also must hit WalMart, where I have pictures waiting.  Then, I will be continuing the cleaning, laundry, and organizing of my apartment.  I will also hit the pool. 

In the afternoon, I have a therapy appointment.  Like I was discussing with Pam on her thread, the surgery was on my stomach, not my brain.  Since a lobotomy did not come as a feature with this surgery, I must pay some poor schmuck to listen to me whine and complain, and make all sorts of excuses for why I eat stupid things and undermine my progress. 

What is funny, is that when I was watching my two year old granddaughter last week, I saw a lot of my own attitudes and behaviors in her little tantrums.  OMG, she is a mini-ME.

Good Morning Steffi and PA

My surgeon told me no alcohol for at least 6 months. I went on vacation at 5 months and did have a couple of glasses of wine - I reccomend the first time being at home or somewhere you are spending the night - it is going to hit you hard and fast!

As for me today I am back at work - bleh!! I'll be here until 4ish then headed home to make dinner and get to bed early! I got out of the routine of getting up at 4:45am and it was rough this morning. Oh I also have the Beck group tonight - looking forward to that as always! Oh and I am making fresh horseraddish - tonights goal is to peel it and get it all ready to grind up tomorrow night.

Hope it is a good monday for all - keep hydrated it is going to be hot and humid!!

HATE MONDAYS

I am going on  carb fast because my pants are getting too tight and i Know it is the card devil. So i should be a nice person to be around today.

Not a whole lot planned.  I am going to work, then to the gym. I have some chores to do and then the beck group tonight at 8pm

yeah..i HATE  Mondays too...and I especially hate PEOPLE on Mondays!!!! 

Good Morning all!

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was busy but good. Sawyer did great racing on Saturday. He was so excited and proud of himself. As was mommy! Sunday had me Wedding gown shopping with my friend and searching for bridesmaid dresses for us. she found the "one" fairly quickly, and the rest of us girls found dresses we like too.

Today has me at work, feeling groggy, stressed and tired. Once I get home, it will be laundry, dinner and cleaning some before relaxing to watch some TV. I am just soooo tired today!

Other than that, we are on a little bit of a clean up/ fix up streak around here. Working on the garage tonight, and will throw in some laundry. Not really exciting, but will feel good when it's done!

Good Morning All

Today has me at work all day and then work at the Doc's tonight.  I don't usually work Monday nights, so I'm sure that I will be a little cranky by the end of the day.

A little tired this morning.  We laid around and watched TV most of the day yesterday since it was so rainy and yucky out.  Funny how doing nothing makes me more tired.

Morning everyone!

    Why does Monday always have to come and ruin a perfect weekend??   Norm and I did a whole bunch of fun stuff this weekend.   Friday we went out to dinner, and mini-golf...   Saturday I went shopping all afternoon with a friend, and saturday night we had some great friends over on the porch!   Yesterday, Norm and I headed out to whitehall to do some more shopping!  Then we hit up bonefish grill for dinner, and home to relax for the rest of the night.   My leg was hurting pretty good by the end of the day.  So we got home, and got my leg iced and elevated....

We have a busy week ahead of us!!   We're going to work on thank you's, and i have to get these wretched stitches out on wedns.

Then sunday...   a friend of mine invited me to do a modeling photo shoot with her, which has me a little anxious.  I hardly think of myself as model material, but hell.. I'm going to do it anyway!
