MONDAY EXERCISE

ok wow.  i'll be lucky if i can get out of bed in the morning. 

GREAT workout - ended up doing 300 jump ropes (haven't jumped rope since i was a kid), 90 squats (deep), and 50 push ups (on the wall, though) in 20 minutes.  Not to mention warm up and cool down.

THEN i had to walk down the tall concrete stairs and up the big hill to get to my car.  Couldn't feel my thighs.  

i think i'm gonna like working with this guy.  He has a great attitude and style of working, and I can tell he won't let me slack off.  So I'm going to try and do 2 - 3 workouts per week with him, and alternate days of running/walking.  Tomorrow will likely be a crawl more than a run, but that's ok.  All part of the process!
