******* SUNDAY ROLL CALL *********
Laundry, getting ready for the week. I am making an effort to do a carb detox they have crept back in and they always make my pants get tight and we cannot have that.
I Have lots of fresh veggies from the farmers market and proteins and different spices to make some good stuff. Gotta get back to the gym too, I dont know why I have been in a holding pattern but it is time to break free.
Found some furniture for my new office and also some for our living room that we may go get today. Had not planned on buying a new couch but it is a good deal and ours has had it.
Hope you all have a restful day
well we were going to go to church... but i feel like death warmed over... between Squirmy being super active and my allergies going nuts (took my meds last night), and from all the sneezing and with a baby in me... my bladder is wanting to kill me lol... plus it just makes me achy...
How is it that I got up at 9 and i need a nap already lol...
But, I want to go to the store and get a boston butt pork roast to cook to make some pulled pork tacos... Yum! But, I might send Jeremy...
The transformation that takes place physically is amazing, and the emotional one, well Steffi, it's been almost 2 years for me now and I'm still transforming, though I can say that I'm really feeling good about it all these days! So you go girl!
Well I'm making a quick passthrough here, Tony left for home a little while ago, we had a nice weekend, yesterday we made a day trip to Atlantic City, where I found a nice active penny machine (lol), really I had it up to like $62 at one point, but played it back down to 20 where I cashed out, so I only lost $20 totally, for a few hours fun, that's nothing, we also walked the boardwalk, had lunch, then came home to feed Dillinger and went to dinner at Bertucci's. . . I just took a few pictures that I had Tony take of me and Dillinger and shrunk them down to create a new avatar, though I think it might have chopped Dillinger's head off, so I'll post it in my pictures later. Anyway, now I am headed out to an AA meeting, then home to do laundry, vacuum and just generally chill out for the remainder of this day.
Hope you all enjoy the rest of this day!
Hugs, Laureen

I hope everyone has a great Sunday.

Wel, the rain killed my plans to do the garage sale again today, so I've spent the morning sorting things to be donated instead. I do have a much smaller pack of some nice out-shrunk (instead of out-grown! ha!) clothes that I'll bring to support group this week and to Liz's, in case anyone's interested. The rest I just have to finally get out of my garage.
Gotta do meal planning for the week and get to Wegman's this afternoon... but I also kinda want to pin Eddie down to helping me get the rest of the garage sale things put away when he gets home from work, so the timing's a bit wonky. Sigh.
Becky's gone until Thursday to the shore with her boyfriend's family. Nice for her but it makes me lonely not to see her every once in a while (even though I seem to rarely get to see her even when she's here!).
It's kind of a down day... partially the rain, partially hormones, partially let down after everything busy over the last month or so. Just trying now to get some paperwork done and to get things re-organized.
OH - i'm planning to go for a fitness evaluation with "Rob the exercise nazi" at my work tomorrow. I think i should be afraid, based on what some of my co-workers have experienced ;-). But it's required if I want to use the fitness center there (which is a FREE option, albeit restricted hours - still better than having to pay to join a club for when the weather turns bad this winter and I can't run outside). So we'll see how that turns out! Could be interesting. At least I won't be as intimidated as I would have been a few months ago!
