On the way home I stopped for a few things...was even a very awesome wife and picked up hubby coffee at Wawa. He was very happy!
Then, when i came home my little cat - the one who is LITERALLY afraid of snowflakes (he sits by the window when it is snowing and "ducks" as the flakes come down, even though he is inside and they are outside. Well...I started packing my lunch and the noise of the foil being ripped scared him so he attempted to "bolt" across the linoleum floor, of course could not get traction and subsequently went sliding full force into the water bowl, which is a big serving dish and spilled the entire contents ontomy floor. Sooooo....then I mopped the kitchen floor, too. Grrrr.
Right after this I'm headed to bed! Back to work tonight for 7p-7a.....Brian didn't go to his parents house yesterday so he is going today - so it'll be me and the cats hanging out in bed all day!

I woke up this morning a little blah - not sure why - girls are home from camp and Molly had some issues and it is just so hard to watch her try to figure out why she behaves as she does - it just breaks my heart! I am tired of "talking" to new people about her special needs and just want people to understand her and work with her - I am expecting A LOT from 18 year old counselors......oy! she is supposed to head back to that camp tomorrow for another session, however, I am just worried that they already don't like her and will then NOT have any patience for her and send her home anyway. She has wanted to do this type of session for two years and the finally have room for her - so I am at a loss as to what to do - the campers are all different this session, but some of the counselors are the same.
Today has me doing the girls laundry and repacking Molly if that is what we decide to do, and that is really all. Hanging low at home.
Up early today for work. I was FINALLY able to sleep in our bed last night after a week of sleeping on the reclier to keep my leg elevated! I can't wait to get these darn stitches out!
Norm's out having fun without me, garage-saleing! Work till noon, then shopping for a few hours with my friend... Kohl's is having an AMAZING sale today, and I plan on taking FULL advantage of it! Then Norm and I are having some people over this evening to hang out on the porch... I LOVE summer time!
Hope everyone has a great weekend!!!
AMAZING...started at 314.
I feel great, look great and have a much more positive outlook
especially since I am not dealing with severe chronic pain...
My quality of life has increased hugely in 8 weeks.
Congrats to all of us for taking this corageous LEAP!
Tomorrow, get up and do it all again. Except not for quite so long. And a lot of the remaining stuff gets packed onto the front porch for the charity folks to pick up on monday.
What GORGEOUS weather, though!
