An experiment - peach frozen yogurt!

OK So I want ice cream! lol but it makes me dump... even the sugar free stuff! So here's what I came up with and you DON'T need an ice cream machine!

1 peach - peeled and cut into chunks
1 small container (7 oz or so) greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons simple syrup ( equal parts water and diabetisweet brought to a boil then left to cool - you could try this with splenda too and see what happens, I think it will be OK here - just might make the final product harder)

Put the peach in the blender or mini food processor (this is what I used) leave it a *****unky, add in the greek yogurt and 2 Tablespoons simple syrup and whir until combined. Put in a bowl or container with a lid and pop into the freezer...

I'll let you know in a few hours how it comes out!

So are you tired of my recipes yet? lol

I wonder if you add in some cool whip free to it?  Cause even when cool whip is frozen...it doesn't turn rock solid.....
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I was thinking about that! I even considered egg whites...
