black bean brownies
Just made the black bean brownies that Sue brought to barix, looked up on Google, omg, they turned out wonderful.....................I used in my bullet.....one can of black beans drained, added one of the eggs in it to make it mush better, then scoped out the mix into bowl with two more eggs, 3 tbls. of oil, 4 tsp.of ****o, pinch of salt, and 3/4 cup of diabetic sweet white.....put them in little bundt cupcake pans and baked at 350 for l5 min. and kep****ching them, right before I put them in I put a few walnuts in them, didn't even have to add the s/f chips, they were wonderful just like this...............thank you sue, they are so good........................Lois
