***Thursday Roll Call***

Good morning all!

It is 1:30AM and I am as chipper as could be?!  WTF?  I think my body must have psychologically known I was SUPPOSED to go to work tonight, and despite NOT taking a nap and living life like a normal "day walker" I can't sleep worth crap tonight...so here I sit...cruising the boards!

Anyway - was supposed to work in jersey last night (wednesday night) and tonight (thursday night) but the dentist called Wed during the day - they had a cancellation for today and they wanted Brian in for round two....originally he was gonna have to wait 2 weeks due to scheduling issues....so I called out from work as he needs a driver to/from the dentist and we need to get this stuff done ASAP so he can finally be in less daily pain.  Not to mention it wasn't my "real" job...so I don't care if I get in trouble for calling out....I know that sounds awful...

And basically - that is my day.  I need to go to bed...then I need to get up...drive hubby to the appointment (11:15)  He will probably be there for 2-3 hours...then it'll be home...and we have nothing else planned for the day.

Morning Pam and Pa

Thursday morning..I finished that project yesterday around 10:00 am and couldn't be happier.  The rest of the day I looked at my "to do" list and pulled all the easy stuff off it and worked on that so I could reset my brain. LOL!  My workload isn't too bad now because I am getting ready to be on vacation for a week so they don't assign new or complicated stuff during the week or so before!!!

Today has me working on my list and catching up on DVRd stuff and Weeds!

After work, pick up Siehara and then they are having a farewell BBQ at the synagogue that runs the camp.  I am debating on eating ahead of time so I know that I don't have to worry about food choices.  I will talk to someone and find out what is on the menu.  If they have burgers, I'll be fine.  I'll just eat that without a bun.

That's it for me.

I've been doing some food shopping and starting to pack.  We leave for Rehoboth on Sunday for 4 days and I can't wait!!  I'm bringing some food with me, including breakfast bites, chili, that spinach chicken bake, ricotta, yogurt, premade protein drinks, bars and cheese sticks.

There is a fridge and microwave in the room and we are bringing a cooler with us.  I KNOW that the breakfast at the motel is continental so that leaves me with nothing and I would prefer to bring my own stuff at least for lunch when chances are the others will head up for pizza or burgers or what not.  This way I know I am prepared and making as many good choices as possible.  Dinners, I'll try to manage at the restaurants, but if I can't find anything I'll know that there is good stuff back in the room.

I will bring my trusty purple cooler bag with me down to the beach and keep it with me at all times if necessary! Much better to be prepared!

Sounds good!  I'm sure you will be fine with finding stuff at restaurants for dinners...they may be a little higher  in fat than what "normally" eat - but chances are you won't eat a whole portion any how.  You sound VERY well prepared and you should be very proud of yourself for that!

I can't say I have much exciting going on today...hoping for a quiet day actually.  Thursdays are my late day at work, so I may head right to the gym after I get off.  Other than that, I am going to putz around the house and straighten up before heading into work.

Very much looking forward to the weekend and spending time with someone that has quickly become very special to me.  My uncle and his girlfriend are also coming up from NC, so we will be spending the day with them on Saturday.

Have a great day!!

Good Morning everyone -

Today has me at work.  I'm actually hoping for a busy day.  We've been a little slow due to vacations.

Home after work to try and weed out a few more things from my closet.  I will definitely need a trip to good will to drop things off.  Maybe I can pick up a few things too.  All of my pants are getting to look like clown pants.

Well wishes today for those that need it !

Have a super day all !

Lisa
