Wednesday Exercise Thread

It's a gymx2 day for me today.

I'll be dragging off for 45 minutes on the treadmill this morning, then hitting up the weight routine over lunch.

What's your fitness/movement plan for the day?

aren't we up bright and early Norm?!

Today I will head to the gym and do 30 mins on the treadmill and then leg work; will probably do some other strength training.  I usually do abs with legs, but Rocco added abs to yesterdays workout so I'm not sure if I will do them 2 days in a row.  We'll see how I am feeling later.

Good Morning,
I did my hour on the Elliptical and then we are having a short kickoff for Walk for Diabetes foundation from work today so I will be moving for that. That will be it for me today. Have a good day everyone.

First time adding to this thread!  YAY!  Headed to the pool later this morning for some good old fashioned laps!  Actually looking forward to it!  Haven't been ina pool in almost a week.  Happy moving everyone! :)

Hello, everyone!

I went out this morning and did a 30-min walk/run (a little over 2 miles).  It was HORRIBLY humid!  legs felt like lead, but now they feel all nice!

I truly hate "traditional" exercise so I will do what I have been doing.......my Power90 Hawaii followed by stretching.
