Norm,

Congrats on 6 years!!! I heard you and Mary speak at my first pre-op meeting at Barix, in Nov 2008. I was so struck by both of you---where you came from and that you were so willing share so much of yourselves with us. I've always loved your posts---the exercise kick in the butt, how you keep it real, the dedication you and Mary have toward each other and to living healty. Thanks for being an inspiration to all of us!!!!

Happy happy HAPPY 6th surgiversary Norm. What a long strange trip it's been, and I am only too happy to have known you for for only a few years of it. What blessing to have met you and asked for a "taste" of your history when I asked you to present at the Pilgrimage so long ago. Now, so many have benefitted from your kindness, wisdom, frank words, direction and so much else. Thanks for being the trailblazer you are, not being afraid of the successing and the failures, and all the while being willing to own it ALL in public. Love to you.
