WLS patient's prayer of thanksgiving (funny)

I feel like a little kid when I go......so proud !  I have to hold myself back from asking my boyfriend to come in and "look at what I did"  

I have had great success since starting a daily routine of Pericolace and Fiberstat.

Plain AllBran added to yogurt.  along wtiht he benefiber in any protein shake.

Fruit in the protein shakes is good, but I swear by a nightly cup of hot tea - Organic "Smooth Move" from www.traditionalmedicinals.com, available in my local grocery store - $3.99/box @ Wegmans. Keeps me going about once every 2-3 days, and yes, I am proud of what I produce! Wanted to take a picture yesterday

I am so glad I am not the only once who has a poo prayer.  My prayer also includes, please don't let it hurt too bad.
