Thursday Excercise

Good Morning Everyone!
I did my hour on the Elliptical this morning and if it is not raining will go for a nice and easy stroll later on. So what is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Morning, Shilpa!

I did a 30-min cardio boxing session this morning - first time with hand weights strapped on.  Can't really lift my arms right about now!

Also did a bunch of squats and squat holds.

Legs and butt are still sore from yesterday's run (after a few days off from running).
