S: White nectarine
L: 2 oz pan-seared scallops with squash and onions
S: Grapes with string cheese
D: ??

E:  30 mins cardio boxing with hand weights (can't lift my arms now!), squats

B:  Fuzzy navel Nectar protein drink
S:  4 oz. Fiber One yogurt - key lime pie flavor (this is really yummy by the way)
L:  Tuna
S:  Low fat Babybel cheese & hard boiled egg
D:  Veggie burger w/ Laughing Cow law fat cheese

OK so today I am home -tomorrow is off again!

B: 1 scrambled egg, 2 slices bacon
S: mozzarella cheese
L: crab salad and a few steamed clams
S: tomatoes with mozzarella and basil
D: hamburger, zucchini and spaghetti squash
S: not sure - maybe chocolate pudding
