Megan,

Congratulations and welcome to the loser's bench!  Now comes the fun part of "working your butt off" (literally).  Stretching and walking, pushing yourself just a little bit further every day as you feel your body change, will yield measurable results in an incredibly short time...  And before you know it, you'll be getting in all your liquids and proteins, and will be moving on to the next stage of recovery.

Megan,

Glad to hear you're doing well!  You won't get all your proteins and liquids in at this point---it takes time.  Walk, rest, and sip are the most important things right now.

Welcome to the losers' bench!

Julia
