Today is Rocco day at the gym.

We will be working back, triceps and calves as far as I know.  I will also try to get in some cardio today, though it might be hard with timing.

I am going to do an hour on the treadmill and probably some AB work...

45 minutes on the elliptical, and I'm done for the day. Back to the treadmill and weights tomorrow.

Good Morning Lisa,
I am feeling full of energy today so I did my hour on the Elliptical this morning and am planning on walking with my friend after work at the Warminster Park for about an hour. That is it for me today. Hope everyone has a good day!

Howdy, folks!

Did about 30 minutes on EA Active this morning at high intensity.  After 3 days off from "formal" exercise (a lot of standing and walking, though, during the show, plus "weights and aerobics" during setup and breakdown), I really felt that! 

I'll likely do some walking tonight, but hard to predict at this point.  Tomorrow will be a runnign morning so I don't want to do too much with the legs tonight.

30-40 minutes on the elliptical.  I might do some weights today, depends how I feel when I get off of the elliptical.

Pool time with my son (mostly treading water and racing him back and forth)  1 hr
