I am ready to announce
That I am 3 months pregnant. Not planned but what are you going to do? Wish me luck as I have stupidly decided to proceed with this pregnancy. I am 41 years old and in the best shape of my life. I have many fears some of them being that I will regain all my weight back. I know this is not healthy to think this way but just wanted my OH family to understand that these are my fears and I know that I have been the healthiest that I have ever been and continue to excercise and eat right. Wish us a healthy and happy pregnancy. Thank you so much for those people who know and have offered me the support and encouragement that I need. I look forward to sharing this journey with everyone. I am going to need lot and lots of prayers and encouragement.

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

I was pregnant a little later in life also, but I did good and do not regret my little boy for 1 second. This baby will be your joy, you'll see... Think positive thoughts. We'll all be here for you. I know you're in sort of a shock... but your new life is bringing you another new life. A life to be cherished and loved and you will. Your fears will subside. Weight is no longer an issue for you. You look great now, you'll look great in the months to come, and you'll look great after your baby is here with us. Fear not because you've conquered the demons, and this will continue.

WOW Shilpa! That is great news! Not planned, but these things happen. You are not in any way stupid to proceed. You are healthier than you have ever been in your whole life and this is just one more blessing to add to your life.
