M2: yogurt, fiber one and ground flax seed EAS strawberry drink
M3: black bean salad with avocado and tomato piece of chicken instead
M4: EAS lite drink skipped
M5: ? Going to be in NJ at my brothers hamburger, onions and zucchini
M6: not sure about this either cherries and a yogurt
No gym today - rest day for me.
Shooting for 100 ounces of water

I have come to the realization that if I am going to commit to cutting out all the bad carbs I had been partaking in, the coffee HAD to stay! I know people keep posting about caffeine and weight loss. But I just need my coffee.
I drink a few cups in the morning. One of the big cups, I will put a scoop of choc protein in. It's like a mocha thingy. It's pretty good. I actually have to let it cool, because you can't mix Unjury with anything too hot.
But it's like one of those iced mocha things every place is selling. Only, mine is sugar free and has protein! LOL

S - Decaf Coffee w/ SF non dairy creamer
L - Fresh Garden greens, shredded colby/jack, raw red bell pepper, 3 oz of grilled chicken
S - ?
D - ?
all vitamins & water for the day.
