1 week Post-Op - Back to work and feeling GREAT !

Congratulations on a wonderful, successful surgery! Sounds like you were well taken care of.

I also went back to work one week after surgery - my only advice would be to take it easy - while I felt okay from it it seemed to take me a longer time to regain my energy to exercise and stuff - I probably should have taken 2 weeks. I may be a bit older than you and that would make a difference, but just remember that you've undergone major, life-changing surgery even tho it may not feel like it, so take it easy with your new self.

Thanks for the words of wisdom ... Congrats on your loss as well ... Ouch - is that a splinter I just felt ? Someone's gotta sand this bench ! LOL
