Not really.
Go to www.tickerfactory.com and follow the steps to make one.
When you are done with that, highlight and copy THE WHOLE TICKER (the actual picture itself) The website (tickerfactory) will tell you to copy and paste the code...but that doesn't work for here)
Oh, and might I add, that before you navigate off that page....to save it to your favorites or bookmark or whatever your computer has...in order to update it you will need to know the exact page yours was created on, and for me, that's the easiest way for me to keep it handy. Also, remember to make your PIN number something you can remember as you will need that for updates as well!
Then come back here and towards the top of the page click on "my OH"
On that screen there will be a column of choices on your left hand side (under where your avatar should be)
Click on "settings"
Click on the tab "Message Board"
Right click in the space that it has for the "signature line" and paste your new ticker there!
Click on Save
When you go to navigate away from the page, even after clicking save, it will tell you all contents will be lost without saving...go ahead and continue going wherever you wanted to go - it will show up.

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses. 
The max size for OH pics is 100 x 100
The only way I can get my photos to that size is to do it on www.photobucket.com It's a free site.
1) Get a picture that you like....upload to your computer
2) Upload to photobucket
3) Click on "resize" (or something like that....you'll find it)
4) It will give you an option to set as "avatar"...I think theirs is 100 x 90 or something like that
5) Save the new (smaller) picture to your computer
And then....the same basic thing...my OH...under where your avatar is it will say "change my avatar" It will ask you for the file name (or you can click to browse and look in your computer for the picture).....click save blah blah blah.
You may not be able to see your avatar right away due to your cookies blocking the "real" view of the webpage. (You'll see it on the page where you add it, but not in your posts) You can either wait for your computer to catch up to itself, or you can go into your computer settings and delete the cookies.
