Big wow and today's barix meeting!!

Today I stepped on the scale and it happened-  I broke out of the 200's!!!
I weigh in today officially at 199.5!   I am so happy to be out of the 200's and don't plan to go there again in this lifetime!!!
YAY!   Also went shopping and size 18 actually fit!   Also was able to by shirts from the misses dept!

The Barix meeting today was great!  The leaders are awesome and I enjoyed meeting many of you there :)

I used to be a regular...so we may have met before. How long have you been going???

Miss you and hope to see ya soon.
We'll have our regular pre-op meeting on the 2nd Tuesday (Aug 11th) with Susan leading
and our regular post-op meeting on the 3rd Wednesday (Aug 19th) with me leading
BUT we will NOT have a 1st Saturday meeting next month in September. It falls on the Saturday that starts the Labor Day (Sept 7th) weekend. It's the official end of the summer and we figure so many folks will want to make it a full 3 day weekend.

So our next 1st Saturday will be Oct 3rd. 12 - 4 at Barix Clinics in Langhorne.

Beth will be posting reminders throughout this month.
