Wow.. great 5-dpt!!
I lost a total of 8.8 lbs on the d-dpt.. I know most of that was water.. but obviously I wasn't getting in enough before! It has helped me to focus on what I am supposed to be doing.. eating good carbs.. not simple carbs.. it helped me to break the bad carb cycle, the snacking cycle, and the constant drinking......through my meals..
In the 4 + years since my surgery, I have never done this test before.. but now.. I think if I ever find myself falling back into old habits, I'll pull it back out of the hat and try it again!!
