wonderful and scary WOW

My daughter tells me tonight that my bones in my chest are showing.  She says my boobs sag too much and that I am too skinny just look at the bones all over your chest.  I am still 7 to 10 pounds away from goal.  I hope this is just something that won't look this way forever.  My other half told me it is kinda gross.  Now what????

Hi Nicki,  I would love to have my ribs showing.  They're probably just not used to it.  If you have a collar bone now and ribs showing... FANTASTIC! I know alot of women just like that, and it's just.. "being thin."  As far as sagging boobs; that just happens. Pull them up in a nice push up support bra. lol   It sounds like you're doing great.  How tall are you ? What is your goal weight?

NIkki - I think that it is just such a big change for them to see so quickly. Things will settle in and your body will even out where it wants to be. I am sure that you look great!

First off congratulations for being so close to goal - that's fantastic!! Our families definitely see us differently than we see ourselves or even how the outside world sees us. And they don't hestiate to tell us - LOL!! I still go thru spells where I don't look 'good' - but then my body adjusts and settles down and I look healthy and fine again. The only bones sticking out on my chest are my collarbones and yep, the old girls are sagging, but a good bra will help that.

You're going to be fine - give your body a chance to adjust to its new self and your family a chance to adjust to the new you. Its a big change for them, too.

ps: My husband loves to point out my sagging skin on my thighs and my neck and asked me once if I can do something about it (meaning exercise) - I said no amount of exercise can ever fit that but save your pennies because plastic surgery will!!

Your body will settle down....but the boobs...well...they are kind of gross and nothing but a good bra and some plastics will really help that.

My wonderful supportive husband actually looked at me during a "lovers moment" and said "uh...nothing like having 80 year old boobies in my face"  Well lemme tell you exactly how fast THAT moment was over.  I'm telling you - much quicker than it took to type all that out!  Talk about open mouth insert shoe store......

They will get used to the way you look - and with time, so will you.  Plus, you won't have bones sticking out all over the place...your body will know when to stop.

That's so funny!!!  That is one thing I'm worried about with getting involved in new and fun relationships.  Tennis balls in tube sox are NOT attractive.. Sharpei thighs.. UGH.  Maybe I'll find a rich one who will pay for my plastics so they don't have to deal with it. LOL!!!

I feel the same way, i think i am even more self consious now because my collar bone is showing, i have a waist now, and of course my boobs are soooo saggy it makes me feel terrible i never want to take my shirt off in the intimate moment,im gonna def, need a boob job for these girls. my thighs ughh! lol but i wouldnt have changed my desicion for anything. I would rather have saggy boobies than be 330lbs again
