Good morning Laura,
Great job on the treadmill yesterday.  As for the migraine, did you drink plenty of water during the workout and after?  This is vital to replinish the fluids in your body.  Go get 'em today, you're doing great.

For me, today is a relaxing day.  An hour on the treadmill, some ab work and the 1/2 hour Planet Fitness workout routine.

I got up early early again and got on my bike - 30 minutes - 7 miles. I can usually do 8 in 30 mins but my legs just aren't moving that fast that early in the morning! I think that'll be it for me today. Its been a long week.

Good Morning All,

Yesterday I did end up getting a run in at the track. 1.5 mile run, .25 walk, .25 run and ended with some sprints.

Today, weather permitting, Pennykid(Julia) and I will be walking 3 miles on the river trail.

Abs and Push-ups for me, stand up sits downs for Julia

Morning, all....

Got my butt out of bed and managed about 1.75 miles, a lot of it running, before the humidity got to me.  YUCKKKKK out there this morning.

That's ok - I'm going to do show setup at the convention center now, which will be abour 4 - 5 hours of walking, carrying, lifting, bending, stretching, yelling at people (not really) and such.  THAT is an exhausting workout in and of itself.

I'll post pics of the booth tomorrow after we get everything together and set up for show opening (with the lights on an such).

THANKS for all your support, folks - it means a lot!

Good Morning Everyone!
I did an hour on my Elliptical this morning but will be taking it easy for the rest of the day. Hope everyone has a good day!

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Haha - so an update.  After doing about 1.75 miles this morning as a walk/run, I managed to rack up a total of over 7 miles today during show setup, all of which was in 90-degree heat because the convention center doesn't turn the air on for mere exhibitors... it's only for the "customers."  Sigh.  I think i may have sweated off a few more pounds!  (But I drank extra water all day to compensate.)

Next 3 days will not have formal exercise due to the show schedule, but will be very active days.  We'll see how THAT goes!
