Thursday Excercise

Okay I don't see Andy starting this thread today so I will. I did an hour on my Elliptical this morning but am feeling a little run down so will be taking it easy for the rest of the day. So what is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

doing my usual.  Going to the gym after work and doing 30 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes of weight training on the machines.

You and Laura must have started one at the same time - I got up early and got on my recumbant bike and rode it for 25 minutes - got a decent work-out but didn't go as far as usual - legs just can't get moving quite as fast that early in the morning!! But it did feel good and since my evenings are just to busy (and stressful) right now there just isn't time to do it. Around 2:00 this afternoon I'm going to be begging for a nap!!

Watch the heat, Shilpa - it was really humid this morning, but the rest of the day is supposed to be better.

I'm going to force myself to go to the gym at lunch time for some cardio. It's so hot I don't feel like doing anything :o(

Thanks for getting the exercise thread going this morning Shilpa.  We switched over to verizon vios this morning so my internet was down when I was leaving for the gym this morning.  I knew I could count on you to get it going.  For me today it was exactly the same as yesterday:

one hour on treadmillt
1/2 hour abs and back

Started my last week of the EA 30 day challenge...It was a 36 minute workout.  Then I did 30 minutes on the WII FIt )aerobics)and another 20 minutes playing tennis.   Now I am relaxing watching Gone with the Wind and relaxing
