Good morning all! What's on your plate today?

Here's my plan

B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
S: fage and peaches
L: ordering out - I'm thinking salad
S: roast beef roll ups
D: leftover beef rolls with zucchini and broccoli (and probably more tomatoes and basil! lol)
S: not sure...

Hey, Liz.  Wow, where is everybody?  But here is my plan for the day.  Doing a liquid fast today...

B - 1 scoop of Elite Dymazite whey protein w/ Silk Soy light

S - Decaf coffee with sf non dairy creamer

L - muscle Milk chocolate 11 oz rtd

S - 1 scoop of GNC Pro Performance w/ 8th Continent light Soy

D - Will have a fresh spinich salad w/ 3 oz grilled chicken, shredded cheese, red bell pepper and a hardboiled egg (will have dinner around 8 or 8:30.  Fast doesnt end until after church).

All vitamins and water that is required

L WW Chicken Santa Fe....
S sf ff yogurt
S celery wtih PB2
D chicken and salad greens.
S skim milk

Good morning!

B:  toast (ok...not a great protein option)
L:  veggie burger and fresh tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden
D:  Being taken out to dinner...so who knows!
S:  going to the movies...so there may be a bit of popcorn involved!

I need to work on getting my water intake way up...drinking way too much coffee.

I am late to the party!  Here's today's plan:

B: Syntha-6 Cookies & Cream with mint extract, coffee
S: No snack because it took me all morning to drink my breakfast!
L: Chopped antepasto salad
S: ricotta with blueberries
S: PB on half a sammy-thin (post workout)
D: Going out to dinner, so not sure yet. Most likely it will be grilled protein of some sort with vegetables
S: SF pudding cup

Hi, late posting. I didn't know for sure what was for lunch or dinner since it's an "on-the-go" type day. But here it is

B: Coffee w/ choc protein

L: New Orleans Seafood from Ruby Tuesday. Steamed Broccoli & Mashed Cauliflower (sooo yummy)

D: will be McD's quick food so we can head to Hershey. So I will probably get a snack wrap or two.

Thats it
