Who's Getting their Excersise Groove on?Thursday Edition
Hello everyone!!!
I haven't posted the excersise thread in FOREVER!!! But I am up at the crack of dawn and will be working out in a few minutes so I thought I would get the ball running here!!
So today I will do my 75 minutes on the treadmill running up the intensity to get my body MOVING towards actual running for longer than 5 minutes!! LOL
Then AB work which I have seriously been lacking in doing....
Then some reps with the free weights for my arms
That is my plan......what is on your agenda for today?????

LOL!!
I'm going to a one hour step class after work with my favorite instructor. I'm always very excited for that. I'll also take a walk at lunchtime -- 1 mile if it's hot, 2 miles if it's not too bad.
I was going to throw in some strength training while at the gym too, but it's Thursday, I'm tired, and I'm not sure I feel like it. We shall see...

headed to gym after work..
1/2 hour cardio; followed by strength training.
I think I'll do abs and legs because Rocco said that since he gave me a half-ass work out on Tuesday (HIS WORDS, not mine), he would work with me today. I know I'll get a better ab workout with him because he pushes me further.
