sticking to the basics -- thursday
B - 1 scoop of Elite dymazite whey protein w/ Silk soy plain
S - Decaf Coffee w/ SF non-dairy creamer
L - fresh salad greens w/ shredded colby/jack, 3 0z of grilled chicken
S - roasted pistashios and a couple mega sesame pretzel sticks
D - hamburger patty (non bun) w/ cheese, hot sauce lettuce and a little mayo
consuming all vitamins and H2O required.
I eat the SAME THING everyday but I LOVE salad...Im trying to switch things up but I have to really watch my carbs or I will fall off the "carb deep end"
