What's on the plan today?

B: pork roll on a sandwich thin
S: fage and peaches
L: 1/2 roast beef sandwich
S: cheddar cheese and a few WW crackers
D: steak with tomatoes, basil and mozzarella
S: not sure - maybe fage and peaches

S: DD Large Coffee with Milk and Splenda
L: shrimp
S: dried edamame
D: beef rolls, brocolli/caultiflower
S: not sure maybe a greek yogurt

B - 1 scoop of Elite dymazite whey protein w/ Silk soy plain

S - Decaf Coffee w/ SF non-dairy creamer

L - fresh salad greens w/ shredded colby/jack, 3 0z of grilled chicken

S - roasted pistashios and a couple mega sesame pretzel sticks

D - hamburger patty (non bun) w/ cheese, hot sauce lettuce and a little mayo

consuming all vitamins and H2O required.

I eat the SAME THING everyday but I LOVE salad...Im trying to switch things up but I have to really watch my carbs or I will fall off the "carb deep end"

L WW chicken marsala                          20 p
S  celery and PB2
D turkey, zucchini and quinoa               20 p
S 1/2 c skim milk and protein (mini protein shake)  15p

L- ahi tuna
S- ricotta, blueberries
S- PB on half a sammy thin
D- chicken thigh somehow, zucchini
S- SF jello

Here's the damage for today :)

B:  a few bites of egg mcmuffin...the dogs got the rest
L:  A few bites of pasta and fresh veggie salad and a veggie burger
S:  100 calorie pack of cookies...ok...not so great
D:  Same as lunch
S:  rice works chips with salsa
S:  banana
