Day 3 of 5-dpt
Well.. so far, so good! I have lost, and so has my hubby.. It's amazing how many times I walk to the kitchen.... I guess I really was grazing all day long!!!
Today, with soft foods added, we had a protein shake, a latte, and for lunch, I had tuna with lemon, Dave had sardines....ewwwww... lol
I have since had another protein shake, and we will be having baked cod for dinner! Yum.. never, ever though fish would sound so good! lol
Dave works nights, so I have boiled some eggs for him, and he'll take more sardines.. his problem is getting in water!.. Oh.. and it is sooooo hard to not drink for 30 minutes before and after eating..as well as during the meal! I'm so used to ALWAYS drinking.....
