First Saturday Barix Support 8/1

This Saturday is the start of a new month and that means it is time for the First Saturday Support Meeting at Barix in the lobby from 12-4.
You do not have to stay the whole 4 hours or be right there at noon to get some support. Come when you can leave when you have to.

We have an amazing group of leaders on board to help you with support. The first half of the day is in small groups focused on your surgery age then after the break we will meet in a big support group.
We will also have the nutritionist with us who can supply you with supplements or else protein bars of you need to stock up your supply.

I would love to be there, but will be staffing my booth at the Buyer's Market of American Craft in Philly Sat - Monday. I'll be thinking about all of you, though! Enjoy!
