Wednesday Exercise
Good healthy morning all,
Just getting myself together and ready to head out to the gym in a few. My arms are absolutely tight and sore so I think I'm going to put off the weights for the rest of this week. I have a very important pool tournament in Philly this weekend and I don't want to be stiff trying to shoot. So I'll modify my workout a bit the next three days:
1 1/2 hours cardio (1 hour treadmill, 1/2 hour elliptical)
1/2 hour abs and back
What are you doing today?

don't think I'll be able to get to the gym today.. busy busy
chiro appt tonight, maybe he'll do some back stretching with me in his "gym"
May try to do a tape later.. exercise at night is not good for me. I don't sleep well as it is because I have too much energy so not sure if I should risk adding exercise after 8:00 when I finally make it home tonight. We'll see.

My plan is to continue with my EA 30 day challenge (I think I am on day 20) and WII fit. If time and energy permits then I will play tennis on the WII sports. I'll end up doing about an hour and half of exercise this evening.. My 30 day challenge ends a day or two before I head to OBX for vacation. I was thinking about taking the Wii along but figured a can change up my exercise routine by swimming and walking/running on the beach. Once I get back I plan on visiting my gym (which I have been a member for years but felt to intimidated to actually go)....****il NOW!) and continue with cardio and aerobics but add strength training/weights. Yes I have a long way to go..but I feel good enough with the weight loss and the increased energy levels (and confidence) to go back into the gym....though I really enjoyed the fitness at home it's just that the gym as so much more to offer. Thanks for listening to me ramble!
