low fat low carb low sugar pizza ?

tortilla pizza!! Use whole wheat tortillas, a drop of oil on the pan, tortilla on next - top as you like bake at 400 for about 10 minutes - yummy! Kids will love it because they can make their own AND they are healthy - shhh I won't tell! lol

when we make pizza we used the jarred sauce- there is a lot of them that have no added sugar in them...

then for the crust we used the reduce fat stuff that pops out of a can... like the rolls, breads, etc... in the fridge section of cheese and milk and stuff... we have played with them... seeing which was worked the best etc... Lorelei likes it when we use the reduce fat cresunt rolls (misspelled sorry) because she gets to push all the edges together lol...

Cheese we use mozz... we get a smoked and a normal and mix it for the topping... mozz is naturally low fat...

toppings are chicken, leftover hamburger, etc... sometimes mushrooms and onions if they are leftoever etc...
