You've got your profanity filter on.  Pizza is a dirty word in WLS. LOL.

Crustless Pizza

2 cup bag Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Blend Italian Cheese

10 oz. box frozen Spinach completely thawed and completely drained of all liquid

10 oz. Classico Spicy Tomato and Pesto Sauce or 10 oz. Hunts Zesty and Spicy Spaghetti Sauce

1/2 cup egg beaters

Preheat oven to 400, spray a metal baking sheet with Pam, I used BJ's Canola Spray,

Mix 1/2 the cheese with 2 oz. of the sauce, the egg beaters and the spinach, lay out in the pan a solid surface with no holes.  Top the mixture with the other 8 oz. of sauce and the rest the bag of cheese.  Bake for 20 minutes till brown and bubbly.  If you cut it into 8 slices - each one is 120 calories, 5 fat, 5 carb, 10 protein.  Careful its addictive.  Allow to cool slightly before slicing.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.

I can see the word pizza in your post just fine.....

Anyway the recipie Nan suggested is a REALLY good one.  And I HATE spinach - but you honestly can't tell that much and I'm sure if you don't tell the kids, they would eat it just fine (I am, of course, assuming that just the word spinach would have your kids running)

I do think boboli makes a whole wheat or something along those lines crust...but am not entirely certain, and don't know about the sugar/fat content in it.
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

That's awesome!!! Thanks Peggy.. I probably won't leave it up long cause I think it will get annoying, but I've been wanting to do it for awhile.  Do you know how to do side by sides?

cool nice job...  i use the program paint to edit my side by sides..  open a pic, drag the corner to make room for another pic..  then click edit and paste from.. open another pic and past it beside first pic and save as (rename it)...  so u dont lose original images.. theres probably an easier way... but thats the way i know how to lol

If you do find WW dough, make the sauce yourself. Get crushed tomatoes, cook them with a bit of garlic and onion for about 20 minutes. It might ge****ery but just drain that liquid. Then use your LF Mozzarella. I actually found Turkey Pepperoni and my daughter said it was ok. Think I found it at Walmart.
