This was a freak thought that worked out so well, its so good, like eating a skinless or naked burrito.

1 Can El Paso Low Fat Refried Beans

1 Cup Chobani FF Plain Yogurt

8 oz. Bar of FF Cream Cheese

8 oz. Bottle Pace Pico DeGallo Sauce

2 Cup Package Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Blend Cheese

1 Pkt. McCormick Fajita Seasoning

Layer all ingredients in a cake pan that has been sprayed with Canola Oil.

Bake at 400 degrees about 20-30 minutes.  Its done when the cheese is all melted and bubbly. Remove from oven, give it a good stir.

Allow to cool.  Refrigerate after you take your portion. This makes almost 2#.

Casa Mamita Taco Flavored Chicken Breast Strips

I found it in the freezer section at Aldi

Par these two items up together in equal portions and you will swear you just had a naked burrito.  MMMMMMMMMMM!

I did make the dip part without the fajita seasoning a few months ago and brought it to Liz's, no one really touched it.

"No one really touched it" - NOT true!  I think that was the day that you had come a little later so maybe it was because people had already eaten some stuff and some had already gone?  I remember me and a few others eating it and LOVING it!

Thanks for the recipie, however, because I didn't have it here and kept forgetting to ask you what that dip was!

I have a party to go to this weekend so I might bring it along!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I saw it was only touched slightly when I left, and I was one of the last to leave. That was the day I had my house inspected.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.
