I am leaving for vacation and I have no idea what we will be eating or drinking. I decided not to obsess over it because I am in control and I will be running every morning. Sorry I missed the chat on Monday - I really missed everyone. Have a great rest of the week everyone!

There will be no sticking to the basics for me today. I forgot my food, I forgot my purse so I can't buy food. So I will be scrounging and taking whatever I can come across to make it through the day.
Then, Grilled Chicken Breast for dinner

Hi Liz - I'm back too and trying to get back into a good routine, so here goes...
B: Homemade breakfast burrito on ww tortilla w/lo-fat sausage, lo-fat cheese & egg
S: Cherries
L: Homemade ham salad on ww Ritz crackers; string cheese
S: Banana w/sf pudding
D: Italian Crockpot Chicken; salad
S: ????
E: Going to try and get a ride in on my recumbant bike or my bicycle - a lot depends on the weather and how much time I spend at the hospital.

have been having a hard time remembering to eat lately. Yesterday Wawa poisoned me and I ended up needing to leave work at 9 am....slept the rest of the day...barely got any food in me.
Here is the plan for today....
B: a couple bites of egg...couldnt stomach it...and a slice of ww toast
L: tuna and veggies from the garden
D: Going out for sushi ...and maybe some saki too :)

B: Matrix shake with fiber, banana, and strawberries
S: Fresh pineapple, FF cream cheese
L: Roast Beef rollups with scallions
S: Cocopops (haven't found these yet? They're awesome!! Wegmans...) and string cheese
D: Not sure - probably sauteed summer squash and mushrooms with pan-seared tilapia
S: SF choc pudding with fresh strawberries
E: 30 mins EA Active (am), 35 mins cardio boxing (planned)
