Tuesday Menu
I second that...Hope all is well in Liz ville. Well, here is my plan for the day
B - 1 Scoop of Elite Dymazite whey protein w/ 8 oz of Silk Soy plain
S - Decaf coffee w/ non dairy creamer
L - Fresh salad greens w/ Red bell pepper, shredded colby/jack cheese, 3oz of albacore tuna
and a hard boiled egg
S - 1/2 cup of pistashios and sf jello
D - 1 Scoop of Elite Dymazite whey protein w/ 8 oz of Silk Soy plain
Consuming all H2O and vitamins required.

For me today
B: 1/2 bagel very early this morning 4:45 AM
S: Chobani
S: again....protein bar (I'm starving today) uh oh.
L: veggie salad no meat on it today
S: Nectarine
D: 1 FF hotdog/roll
S: Decafe coffee
I can tell today is going to be one of those days where I feel like I can't get enough to eat. I'll need to pratice mindful eating for sure.
For me today

L- chicken thigh simmered in diced tomatoes, SF pudding cup
S- fage with blueberries
D- tuna and vegetables (going to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner, so I checked the menu and I'm planning ahead)
S- ricotta with Torani syrup (my own "cheesecake" since I'll be avoiding the ones at the CF!)
