Tuesday Exercise
Good morning all,
Getting a late start this morning because I have my son and he went to bed late last night with a bad headache. Had to make sure he was okay when he woke up this morning before I head off to the gym. Poor kid, hate to see him cry. It melts my heart.
Anyway, as I said yesterday my workout each day this week is going to be very similar, with the exception of what body parts I work on with free weights. Here's the plan:
one hour free weights
30 minutes ab and back
one hour cardio (treadmill)
What are you doing today?

Hi Andy - thanks for your note about my mom - tough times but we'll get thru it.
My exercise this week is going to be sporadic at best with work and running over to the hospital right from work - am hoping to get my butt out of bed early tomorrow morning to ride my recumbant bike before I get ready for work - today will be a day of rest - still catching up from Sunday night.

You're welcome Kathy. I hope each day gets progressively better for you and your mom. And don't worry about the exercise. You have obviously made a huge commitment to turning your life into a healthy one, I have no doubt you'll be back on the exercise wagon full tilt once your time allows you to. I'll continue to keep you and your mom in my prayers.
