I use either Celebrate or Bariatric Advantage. Both of them are made for people with WLS and I think you can only get them online. I personally love them and think it's worth the money.
5'9 and a size 6...I love my tool.

Barix recommends Centrum chewables (2 per day), and that's what I've been using since surgery.  Have had good blood work, so I guess they're doing their job!

I also take TwinLabs sublingual B-12 and D+K, TwinLabs B-1 (tiny capsule - absorbed ok by the pouch), and Bariatric Advantage chewable Calcium.

I use Complete Nutritional System which has everything but the kitchen sink and is a tasty wafer.  It is especially formulated for bariatric patients.  You can check it out at www.bariatricshop.com

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.
