SATURDAY EXERCISE
Well, it's been months since I started the exercise thread, but I figured since I am back to the gym full go I'll become a regular once again for accountability purposes. It keeps me focused in my goals and I also enjoy seeing what others are doing to get into/stay in shape.
For me, today is an easy day. No weights, no gym. Just gonna hit the road for a nice 3 mile run this morning. My arms are super sore and majorly stiff from lifting the last three days. This weekend came at just the right time. I'm hoping two days off of the weights will have me ready to go again by Monday.
What are you doing today? Even if you don't feel like hitting the gym, today's a perfect day to take a nice walk. Enjoy your day everybody.
