Abby, I specifically asked Dr. S about the protein goals and he did say around 80 grams. As far as swimming and flying... dairy is ok too. His order is protein, fats, then carbs if absolutely necessary and then only good carbs. He would prefer that we stay away from all of that. BUT, you have to go with what you are feeling to. If you are hungry, then eat something. He does say no snacking, but sorry, again.. if you're hungry then eat.
