2weeks since I was banded
As of Monday I have been 2weeks post opt since I had my lapband done wow it went so quick and I'm learning alot. Some days I feel alone like today but I know that I'm not alone and things will get better for me I think I feel down because I have not been able to walk in 2days because of the rain. will go for one tonight though/
Congratulations . Glad you are doing well. I know once you get used to walking you look forward to doing it. I haven't been able to exercise for a couple of days ( back pain) and I do miss it. ( not much but a little
