Thank you for sharing, yes I do feel like April was part of my family, and there is now a hole there in my life, but I am at peace now, and can mostly enjoy all the good memories I have of the many years I did have to enjoy her.

That is all I kept saying to myself OMG! Her death was quite a shock, which has finally worn off today. Now the house is much quieter, It broke my heart the howl my poodle let out when I left for work that night, but he was fine in the morning when I came home. , and is doing ok today.
