Put the bike to use, and it will come.  :)

It's diet and exercise.

Im right there with you.  Im almost 9 months.  Was 8 Months on July 18th.  I have only lost 9 lbs since May-June...Normally I lose like 10-15 pounds a months (in the early stages).  Its is VERY frustrating but if you find out the answer, let me know what to do different.

I dont believe its ALL diet and exercise.  I eat right and exercise 3-4 times a week faithfully and my weight is moving SLOWWWWWW

Have you incrementally increased the amount of exercise you're doing?

Yes.  I have tried EVERYTHING I can think of so I have to just learn to be patient and wait for it to jump start.

Try to remember it isn't going to come off like it used to. IF it did, you would wither away to nothing. It has to slow down at some point.

Sometimes changing your eating habits a little can boost it. If you are stuck in a rut with the same kinds of meals, try to change it a little. That may help.

I slowed down at about 9 months too actually after aroudn 7 months, but I had already lost a large majority of my excess weight by that point. I think had PS the begining of June and dropped 10lbs immediately and now I'm at a stall again.

I'm so close to goal (9ish lbs) and expect that it will be realy "work" to now loose since it's my opinion that the less you have to lose the slower it comes off.

It will happen, just do something to shake your system up (change food, add exervise, change exercise, etc)

Relax, there's nothing wrong with you.  I'm sure you've been told before, but this is not a sprint to the finish line.  Because, in reality, there is no finish line.  There is no universal answer as to why you're losing a certain amount of weight compared to others.  Everybody progresses at different rates.  First off, losing five pounds a month at nine months out isn't bad.  I've seen stalls at much earlier time frames.
My suggestion would be to look back at when you started your journey and what you're doing differently now compared to then.  Are you still keeping a food journal, getting in your water, protein, etc...  It sounds so simple, but most of the time people don't realize how far they've drifted off.  Keep your head up, you're doing great.
