Sticking to the Basics - Friday!
B: Inspire Cinnamon Latte, Large DD Coffee with skim milk and splenda
S: 1/4 c cottage cheese
L: shrimp - not- vanilla greek yogurt then some fresh veggies and greek yogurt veggie dip.
S: tea with ff half and half
D: going out --- maybe pollo magro from Macaroni grill -- Liz and I ---- pizza--- not frozen though, the real delivery deal ---- one piece ----first time since surgery though!!!

E: Walk around neighorhood with 2 yr old grand-daughter in stroller

Beck Solution focus of the day: The only way to lose weight permanently is to learn the necessary skills and practice them every day. Then eating healthfully will get easier and easier and the weight will stay off.

S: SF pudding
Post-workout: Inspire PB cookie protein shake (I officially hate this shake but I want to use it up)
D: No idea but I do NOT want to cook, so I may pick up a salad on my way home
S: fage with blueberries

Well if you count my friday as when I came into work.... so far I've had
EAS carb control protein shake
2 string cheese
sf/lf pudding
I also have packed:
greek yogurt
lasagna
more string cheese (which I will have w/ crackers I'm sure....)
